FAQ

FAQ:

Where are the instructions/diagrams?

Our business model enables us to buy directly from the manufacturer's supply line. With that being said, we cut out the middle-man, and some of our products don't come with fancy packaging or instructions. This ensures the savings are passed down to you, the customer!

We are working on creating some of our own instruction manuals for our most popular custom Jeep parts. We also have videos that cover common questions with running your DRL light for your headlights.

**We are not your install techs, we are merely Jeep lovers who want to pass on savings to fellow Jeepers. We will help you as much as we can with questions, but at the end of the day, we just sell the products. If you have any doubts about installing any of our aftermarket Jeep products we highly recommend professional installation. We are not responsible for any damage done to the product or the vehicle during installation.

What is your warranty?

We have a two-year manufacturer's warranty on all products we sell. This warranty ONLY covers manufacturer's defects and does not cover any issues due to improper installation.

Proper images and/or videos of the broken packaging, product, wiring, etc. must be submitted for a warranty exchange/refund.

Items without proper pictures/videos submitted will be subject to review and may incur a 15% restocking fee.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days after purchase.  All items must be in their original packaging and unopened. Customer must pay shipping costs to return the item if the item is unopened. If an item is opened, it can only be returned due to manufacturer's defects.

Proper images and/or videos of the broken packaging, product, wiring, etc. must be submitted for a warranty exchange/refund.

How long do your products take to ship?

We strive to offer free shipping on all of our custom Jeep products. Most of our Jeep parts and accessories originate from our US warehouse, in which case you can expect to receive your product in 3-5 business days.

Some of our products sell out of our warehouse quickly, so we then order them directly from our manufacturer.  In this case, the order will be sent DHL or USPS direct from overseas. The shipping for this method of delivery will extend 5-10 business days, but this ensures that we keep our low cost products.

Who are your manufacturer's?

It is our mission to find the most unique Jeep Wrangler parts and accessories and discount prices. To do this, we have relationships with many suppliers around the world.  We receive wholesale pricing, and pass those savings directly to you.

How easy is installation?

We search for the most unique products that are easy to install.  Most of our Jeep products are plug and play, however, some of them require additional installation steps. Our Halo Headlights line, for example, requires you to hook up an accessory wire to your ACC fuse so the Halo Daytime Running Lights may be installed.

We strongly recommend you have our Jeep aftermarket products professionally installed if you have any doubts about installation.

We are not responsible for any damage done to the product or your vehicle during installation.

Are your lights street legal?

Our Regular and Switchback White and Yellow (Amber) Evil Eyez, White Spider Eyez, Half Halo, Half Moon, and White Eyez are street legal and can be used as daytime running lights.  We have customers everywhere that run these lights during the day with no issue, but the risk to run our colored halo headlights that are not white or amber is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any traffic violations received while running any of our Jeep headlights. The customer is responsible for checking local laws before using any colored light on the road.  Colored lights are recommended for off-road use only.

Do your lights with halos have to be used for daytime running lights?

No! You can hook up our wrangler headlights with a Daytime Running Light feature (DRL) to be used as your DRL through your fusebox - OR - you can use those same wires to hook up to an accessory switch of your choice.  Professional installation is highly recommended.

What does Waterproof IP67 Mean?

Waterproof IP67 DOES NOT mean the product is waterproof. IP is a scale of manufacturer testing. Six means it is dust resistant and seven means it is water resistant. Due to humid climates, it is possible for moisture to get in the light. Most of the time this is minimal and will go away. If it ever causes the headlights to malfunction, we will replace them at no charge.

For customers with very humid climates, we recommend using silica gel to seal your headlights.
