Items can be returned in new, unopened condition 30 days after purchase unless noted specifically in the product description (manufacturer has different return policy). In this case the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse, we will not cover return shipping charges. If an item is opened, it can only be returned due to manufacturer's defects. In this case we will exchange the product free of charge as long as pictures and/or videos of the faulty product are submitted. Restocking fee may be applied at our discretion up to 20%.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
-Any item that was rejected upon receiving the item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and may incur costs associated with the return of the item to our warehouse.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Our products come with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty against defects unless specified differently on the product. Once the item has been opened we will no longer accept a return. The product then can only be exchanged for a manufacturer's defect.
